• 2 medium Acorn Squash
  • 1 Cup fresh or frozen Cranberries, chopped
  • 1 Cup Apple, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
  • 1/4 Cup Brown sugar, or to taste
  • 3 Tablespoons melted Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated Orange Peel
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cut squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds.  Place cut side down in a shallow greased baking pan.  Bake 40 minutes.  Turn cut side up.  I a bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.  Spoon into squash.  Return to oven, bake 30 minutes or until squash is tender.

Makes 4 servings.
