• 1 Small Head Chopped Cabbage
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Uncooked Rice
  • 2 Cans Tomato soup combined with 1 1/2 Cup Water
  • Salt and Pepper
Place cabbage in a 2 quart casserole.

Brown meat and onion, drain off fat.  Stir in rice, salt and pepper.  Pour mixture over cabbage, cover with soup and water.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
